The driver side headlamp is out and passenger side is working.

However, there is no listing for headlight fusing in the fuse box. The maxi fuse under the hood is intact, is there a possibility it could be a headlamp relay damage?

Should be on the driver and passenger sides. Right on the end of the dash. Most of the GM boxes aren't under the dash anymore.

Modus headlight stays on

Buzzing sound in a box besides the battery comes from a headlight relay that is malfunctionning, or getting weak power when not supposed to, maybe due to corrosion or dirt in the fuse box. You can try to exchange the left and right headlight relays for one another, if problem switches to the driver side, relay is bad, just change it. If it is still on passenger side, then the relays are good and you will need to check for corrosion and dirt or stripped/frayed wired in the fuse box itself. This may require you to take the box apart which can be a pretty hard job, so if you don't feel safe doing this, ask a professional to it. And if you do try this yourself, please remember to unplug the battery before working on the fuse block so you don't short anything out or cause damage to the electronics.

Why dont you start by checking the fuses for headlights refer to your owners manual for the location of the fuse box for your car. if the fuses are good then replacing headlight bulbs to both headlight assembly is your next step.If after replacing both headlight bulb you still have the same problem then you might have other electrical issues.

Neither of the seat heaters are working. I can not find the fuse for them. Can you help me? It's a 1999 300M.

The fuse box should on the dash on the drivers side. Open the drivers door and it should be there.

There is another one under the hood next to the drivers headlight.

Please see owners manual for which fuse is the heated seat fuse.

Disconnect the batteries first to prevent discharge. Yes it is on the driver side under the dashboard and there is a guide where the fuse for a certain circuit is located.

UNDER THE HOOD ON THE DRIVERS' SIDE YOU WILL SEE THE FUSE BOX. LOOK FOR THE FUSE DIAGRAM UNDER THE FUSEBOX COVER, TO LOCATE THE FUSE FOR THE HEADLIGHTS. SHOULD BE A 10 AMP FUSE. CHANGE IT WILL A GOOD ONE, AND LET IT SHINE. HOPE THIS HELPS. KEEP ME POSTED. THANK YOU FOR AN HONEST RATING AND FOR USING FIX-YA. GOOD LUCK
