the problem I having is that the turn signal is not working or hazard lights. I asked where the 4 way flasher relay/fuse is at. I removed the bottom panel and there is a series of relays(which one?) and my fuse box is on the side when you open the door.

You can find the the burnt out fuse (the one blackened and with the wire broken) but it should be fuse #2 with an 10 amp rating

let me know if you need anything else

Hi,

Addressing your final question "There is a few relays. I need to know, which one."

To my knowledge for a 1999 Audi A4 the flasher relay is an integral part of the hazard switch located right behind the switch itself. It would look something like below.
4-WAY FLASHERS - 8899979.jpg

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

The flasher relay is located behind the lower left side dash panel/knee bar.

  1. Remove the lower dash panel/knee bar to access the flasher relay.
  2. Remove the relay from the electrical connector and replace as necessary.

    Sir,

On some Audi's, the fuse box is located under the hood on the driver's side near the windshield, on later cars it is on the side of the dashboard behind a panel which can be seen when de door is open. Let me know what car you have, and if this was helpful. Usually the fuse box lid has details about which fuse is used for different functions.

    thanks

    good luck

SOURCE: turn signal flashers will come on but won't blink

For 1994 Buick Lesabre 3.8L SFI OHV 6cyl the turn signal flasher is under the instrument panel to the left of the steering column brace. On the Bonneville, it may be on the left side on the shroud. The hazard flasher is under the instrument panel to the right of the steering column.

The turn signal flasher is installed in a clamp attached to the base of the steering column support inside the car. In all cases, replacement is made by unplugging the old unit and plugging in a new one.

Hope helped (remember rated and comment this).

My turning signals won't work on my 1976 cutlass supreme

If you can manually get them to work by pressing the turn signal up or down, that mrams it is probably a flasher.
There are 2 flashers located where your fuse box is, under the dash, to the left, probably.
The flashers are generally round, and one controls your turn signals and one controls your flashers. I can't tell you which one it is, but if you put your flashers on, and pull one and your flashers stay on, you have right one. Also, if your flashers stay on, you can pull that one and plug that one into the other ones spot as they are the same part.
it should be a part # 552, and are available at all parts stores. They should not be more than 4 or 5 $.
Good luck

Where is the flasher relay

on the 94 coupe there are 2 relays. one is for the 4 way flashers and its mounted to the right of the fuse box. the fuse box is to the left under drivers side dash. the other flasher is for your turn signals, take off panel below steering column, and you will see a flasher relay located to the left and down from column. both flashers are silver and round with 3 prongs on them. good-day !

Signal lights stopped working

If the fuse is good and the flashers work then you have a bad signal flasher, this car uses two flashers in one located under the dash, one controls the hazard lights and the other the signals, these are all inside one flasher, so turn on the hazards to locate it by listening to clicking noise. i have inclosed a diagram to help locate it. its on leftside kick panel by your left foot, replace the flasher and see if that does it, good day12_6_2011_6_03_02_pm.gif

1997 Chevy Blazer four way flashers working but no left or right turn signals work, help!

find your owners manual, use it to find your fuse panel, read the legend and locate the turn signal flasher and the emergency flasher, exchange them as they are identical. make a mental note to drop by a car parts store and pick up a replacement some day. when you get the replacement, put it in the signal flasher socket and put the old one back into the emergency flasher socket.

I have a 1996 chevy s-10pick-up truck my blinkers are not working 4-way flashers are ok,fuses are ok,light bulbs are ok.where is the relays or flasher?

Flashers are generally located either under the dash (they hide them behind the horizontal panel) under the hood in the fuse box.

Also, relays can be hidden under the hood or in the fuse box.

The interior fuse box is where the 'turn signal' fuse is located.

Directional signals screwed up, but my 4 way flashers work.

For this modle and year the turn signal flasher should be mounted in a clip on the right side of the steering column support bracket. The hazard flasher is located under the instrument panel in the module block, on the right side.
Hope this helps,
