Follow the upper radiator hose to the housing on the intake manifold. it is held down with 2 bolts. on some small vehicles it will be located under throttle body hose from the air filter.please rate this.

On the Suzuki Aerio you will not find it there. I removed mine which is mounted at the rear of the water pump where the hose meets it. It is no where near the throttle body which is on top of the engine on the Right Side which in this case is to the rear which is facing the Firewall if you need to find the Throttle Body.

The thermostat is on the water pump located on the left side of the engine. Do your self a favor and remove the electric fan first, then remove three hex head screws and the assembly will come off the pump.

Yes, either from a Suzuki Dealer, or check www.car-part.com, enter the year, make and model, part your looking for "owners manual" and the area of the country to check, and they will give you a return of salvage yards that would have an owners manual.

My 2005 suzuki aeiro wont start.battery is good . wont turn over

what transmission,?
this can be 3 things, if it wont jump and batter is good.
bad connections at battery or starter.
1: bad starter.
2: bad (A/T shift switch) or bad M/T clutch switch.
3 bad ignition switch.
4: bad wire or connections end to and start system.

hot wire the starter solenoid, if car starts (cranks) then its 2 o 3.

Is there an adjustment the clutch is slipping in 3rd 4th gears Or do you just have to replace 2004 aeiro suzuki

lower gear ration in higher gears, like climbing a hill, lessens the mechanical advantage and causes the slippage which will soon be in lower gears too. Clutch is hydraulic, not adjustable, you need a clutch replacement, along with all the other wear parts in the bell housing.

I need the fuse diagram for 2004 Suzuki Aerio

Shorting out, or not working? Each describes a different problem, and with shorting out, you would be blowing and replacing fuses all the time.

Not working would indicate a bad connection somewhere. Maybe the main fuse buss, maybe a relay connector, etc.

Wiring diagrams can normally be found in the factory service manuals, which many repository libraries maintain a copy of.

Where is the thermostat on a 2002 suzuki grand vitara?

grab the top radiator hose, follow it back to the engine. Where the hose connects, is the thermostat housing. The thermostat is inside. Remove 2 bolts, and you'll see it.
