William, Ford put the PRM's all over the place, I believe your 1994 Ford Tempo passive restraint module is located under dash, behind the glove box. Check the attached link, Good luck .

You use a special tool to move the belt tensioner to release tension on the belt. Sometimes you can use a regular wrench if you have enough room.
Make sure you have a diagram or draw one of the routing of the belt before you remove it so you know how to put the new one back on.

This applies for fuel injection and carb. follow the acceleration cable to the carb/fuel injection, the cable is aroun a wheel look a like mechanism, there this wheel there schould be screw that pushes the acceleration open... please let me know so that I can Assist Why is the idling to slow, does the car Miss fire?
