I have experienced the two grease fitting breaking on teh loader lift arm cylinders, I cant find a socket that fits the hole and fits the grease fitting? Any Idea?

If the wall thickness on the 1/4" drive socket won't allow it into an access hole use a bench grinder to take material off the outside diameter and make yourself a custom socket

How to chassis lube a 2010 chevy malibu

You are not taking a boot off the grease fitting. The little rubber boot you're removing is the dust boot for the bleeder valve on the brake caliper. The 2010 Chevy Malibu,as with most cars, have non-serviceable suspension parts.

Front end lube

Look for small threaded plugs and remove them and install grease fittings. If that doesn't improve the turn effort you may have a defective power steering pump or a defective steering rack and pinion

The little port that delivers the fluid to the window is broken and the fluid just shoots up in the air,how do i replace it?

Most auto parts stores have a "Help" section...This section has many universal repair parts much cheaper, than the dealer...you should be able to find a similar fitting, and reconnect your rubber hose to the new fitting...(remount accordingly) another source is your nearby salvage yard...some allow you to shop yourself...others will find, and retrieve the part for you:) Hope this helps.

We're having a popping sound in the steering in my 2006 malibu maxx hatchback ? Is there a recall . Please help

i just bought a 2005 malibu maxx from a dealership. It was having a popping sound when i would turn the wheel back and forth. Had the dealership fix it. THEY said they replaced the ( rack and pinion ) for the steering on the car. Don't think there is a recall on that. GM had a lot of problems with that popping noise on their malibu maxx. Hope that might help.

Hi, my CD player is busted in my 2006 Malibu Maxx LT V6. My CD player won't eject the current cd I have in it, but is still capable of playing the stuck CD. Is there anyway I can get it out?

i have the same problem!!! what i do is press eject i put the key in the cd slot and turn it sideways....and then a pair of tweezers easily fits in there and you can get it out. then to play a new one you have to put the cd in and press down on it with your ever so handy chevy key!!!

What places does my 1996 honda crv have grease nipples?

No factory grease fitting (zerks) on this vehicle. I am NOT a fan of this but I guess I'm just old school. BTW: my 2006 Toyota Tundra has 15 grease fittings under it.

How do I lube the front chassis?

Depends on the vehicle...some have no serviceable joints. If you're under the car, and you see grease fittings on things like tie rod ends, and ball joints, just take your grease gun in hand and give each one 3 to 5 pumps of the ol' gun, and you're lubed. In reality, the rubber boot under most serviceable fittings will expand a little, and then make a popping noise as excess grease begins to ooze out. It's usual, and that sound and/or seeing excess grease coming out away from the grease fitting are your clues that you have applied enough grease. You'll wanna be systematic about it, looking for each fitting on each side. Vehicles are sometimes asymetric, having one more to one side than the other, but usually involves a steering component, and should be considered "in the center", while the others remain "paired" left and right. Once out from under the vehicle, (or from underneath, if you're able to reach) check the top of each A-arm too (there's an upper and lower on each side) by reaching over/around the top of the front tire, and feeling for a "zerk"/grease fitting there too. These usually point up. Wipe up excess grease and repeat every couple of oil changes. It ain't rocket surgery, so don't be afraid to jump in there.
