the problem is that it is one long piece that seems to be attached to the bumper as well. The piece runs the length of the bumper and only the drivers side is broken.

just go to a auto/junk/recycling/wrecking yard with the piece you need. they should be able to get one.

The same basically applies... if it a headlight assembly it's usually two parts left and right... do you mean the grill by chance ?

the reason i say the original solution applies is that you can pretty much ask at a service shop or wreckers and they will tell you exactly what the part is.

Adjust headlight beam

The Sunfire 03 to 05 has one adjustment screw at the top. The back of the headlight has a tab that has to fit into a hole in the radiator support make sure it is in there or the headlight will be loose. I found after breaking the two adjustment screw plastic brackets. Remove the parking light brace from the radiator support one screw and as you carefully slide the headlamp in while pulling out the parking light. Hook the back of the bracket on the radiator support. If you break the plastic adjustment bracket (it twists in like a headlight bulb, but you can't buy it. Thank you GM) remove the broken piece of plastic and the rubber washer and spread it with plastic epoxy sets in 5 min and full hard in 24 hours, but hard enough in one hour and you can now beat it to death and it won't break why didn't GM make it permanent?

My tilt steering wheel lever broke on my 2003 Oldsmobile Alero?

If you can't get a used one from a breaker (not sure what you call them in the USA, in the UK they are breakers or scrap yards), could you cut a piece of thin (2 or 3 mm?) plastic or metal and epoxy/screw it to the broken pieces on the side you can't see?

How to change a headlight bulb in a saturn aura?

Access to change the headlamp bulbs is through the wheel well. The recommended method is to remove the front tire and then the plastic inner fender liner. Once removed, you'll have easy (more or less) access to the rear of the headlamp housing.

1999 ford taurus with moisture in the headlights

Most headlights lens are sealed up to prevent this problem. A broken seal or a crack somewhere opened up to let in moisture.
You can drill a small hole on the lowest part of the plastic headlight housing to let the water drain out. Or, replace the plastic headlight assembly with a new sealed one.The plastic headlights turn yellow and cloud up over time (not because of moisture inside, because it's plastic getting ruined by the weather and the sun). This problem reduces headlights from putting more light on the road.
The only thing you can do with moisture inside the headlights is to drain out the water that builds up. The seals on the headlights are bad right now and are going to keep letting moisture in. I would replace the both headlight assemblies for new sealed, clear ones.

I have a broken plastic piece on my 01 Expedition Moon Roof Am I totally SCREWED?? Ford says new moon roof $$750

you have several options so do not feel screwed yet. first of all if you have the broken piece you can use clear epoxy and permanently glue it back together. Also, you can search on line or call a junk yard for the part you need.

Need to replace a headlight assembly for a 2006 Subaru Outback.

No, you just remove the radiator grill and the side marker light and the headlight housing bolts and it comes out. Not a real hard job and is Real straight forward. Good luck and have a good day.
