If the fuses are checked ok, then other possibilities are horn relay and wiring both needs to be checked. For more details and relay diagram, click the link below :--- http://technoanswers.blogspot.com/2011/10/horn-not-working-on-1998-jeep-cherokee.html --------- This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

1998 Jeep Wrangler - Radio and Wipers stopped working

Some of the factory and aftermarket radios have a fuse in the rear of the unit. You will need to remove the radio from the dash to check it. It will have a spade type fuse in it. If it is bad the radio will not work.

How do i fix a horn on a 1998 jeep cherokee classic?

It may be that the horn is bad or the fuse or even a pinched wire. I would start by checking the fuse and relay. Second check to see if any wires are bad and last replace the horn.

'87 Cherokee no horn, turn signals, brake lights, wipers, blower

Pull the fuses and check the socket for power on the things that don't work. If there is no power at the fuse box there is a good change the stater igintion switch is toast. it is located on top of the steering colunm under the dash.usally less then 20 bucks All that you mentioned get power from this switch that goes to the fuse panel when you turn the key on

I think I have found the problem. When I wiggle the ignition switch the turn signals and radio go on and off so I feel the issue is in the ignition switch. From what I understand the actual electronics for the switch are at the base of the sterring column behind the lower dash panel and is connected by a rod that may need adjusting.
