SOURCE: fog light fuse keeps blowing
Check the fog lights for water intrusion, this will cause a short, also look at the wiring where it goes to the fog lights, look for worn wires where it runs through the body of the car, I know the short is one of these things, have seen it before.
SOURCE: I cannot locate my dome light fuse for my 2000
Look on the passenger side on the shift console, near the front passenger's left ankle. There is a plastic cover with fuses and relays behind it. Keep me posted as to your progress, good luck

Hard call without inspecting it but it could possibly be a fuseable link. I am not familiar with newer models but sounds like a connection issue. If it has fuseable links then one could be bad. Had the exact same problem and I spent $350 on parts and a days labor until I found the link. 20 min later and $5 I fixed it. i was really frustrated but when another vehicle did it, I fixed it quick

you likely need to replace the flasher relay. they used to be located under the dash basically hanging from the wiring harness. on the newer cars you will find it under the dash in the fuse panel. it will look like all the other relays but will be larger. it's also a good idea to check to see if all the turn signal lites lite up as blown bulbs will micmick a non fuctioning flasher relay
