Order a new link
when you get the new one make sure it the right one before you remove the old . if its one of the non adjustable links the you can just bolt the new one in place.
if its the adjustable than you need to take measerments to adjust the alignment.

Repair/replace 1998 lincoln continental front suspension stabilizer/links bushings?

They are not repairable but replacements are very inexpensive and easy to acquire. I'd recommend having a mechanic do it for you, though, since an alignment will be required when the work is done.

It sounds like it is a problem in the front suspension. It could be the upper/lower ball joints, tie-rod end, or a sway-bar link. These are parts that wear out quickly on this heavy vehicle. The sway-bar link is a part that was recalled by Ford Motor Co., have that replaced by your nearest Ford dealership for free. You can check the suspension yourself or go to a car repair facility that offers free estimates, maybe you could get more than one opinion, and go from there.
