VYRON, the best place to buy the windshield price wise would be an auto salvage yard. Many have an internet database they can check to look for your windshield at other salvage yards, so you don't have to run around to different places looking, they will locate it for u. good luck, let me know how u make out. countrycurt0

Subaru legacy wagon wiper fluid hose disconnected

Look up at your hood... there will be one hose running to the left side of the windshield, and one running to the right side. The right (Driver's) side goes down to a "T" connector, which is right near your master brake cylinder, but up on the hood itself... it connects back there. I couldn't figure it out either... luckily I have 2 Outbacks... a 1998 and a 2001... both connect the same way.

My 1998 subaru legacy gt needs a new powersteering pump because the old one is leeking. I was just wondering if this is a job that a novice can do or is it best left to the pro. Thanks, Anthony

if you can not due the job. go to any auto parts store and buy a haynes manual for your car there only about 20.00, and they are based on a complete teardown of car. this book will tell how to do the job. hope this helps carl,
