Make sure it's not the switches, over the years I have replaced far more power window switches than I ever have fuses.
Try and remove the switches and then check with a multimeter or a simple bulb and two wires rigged up to see if you have power at the switches.

This is your problem and should be taken in to chevy for repair

the manual should say or the cover of the fuse box, if not i wouldnt go any higher than a 15amp maybe even try a 10 first
