Question about Hyundai Motor 1999 Elantra
It seems to be that with the help of this forum, my car is diagnosed with bad right front wheel bearing....making a loud roaring noise.
Until i decide, what to do, I a need to drive this car in this condition, I do not drive it on the highway, just in the city with 50-60 km speed.
I would like to know if driving in this condition:
1)Would cause damage to other parts, so more parts would need to be replaced?
2)How long can I drive car in this condition?
3)How I would know to stop driving and go do a repair ?
3)Would the bearing eventually completely seize up or fall a part?
Wheel bearing could sieze how loud is it? can you hear it in the car with the windows down? also jack the car up and wiggle the tire any movement? grab the top and the bottom pull and push diffrent ways any clunk or looseness if not you might be ok for a while once it gets loose or real bad clunk replace it hope this helps please leave good feedback thanks
