My check engine light came on, so i took it to the shop and they advised me that i had a hole in my center muffler. so i had it replaced with a new one. the check engine light went away. after driving about 200 miles, the check engine light came back on. i reseted it and it comes back on after driving around for a couple days.. what should i do next?

The thermostat valve is located on the intake manifold either at the end of upper or lower radiator hose. The thermostat can be removed by removing the hosing which is attached by two bolts.
The presence of the thermostat can easily be determined by removing the hose pipe and inserting a center finger into the hole. (Be sure that the engine is at room temperature to avoid finger burning).
I am fixing to change my EGR valve and the piece of paper that came with the part say this:
Before installing this part, check the EGR valve passage in the intake manifold and clear any carbon blockage. Failure to do so will result in repeat malfuntion of the EGR valve system. Refer to a technical service manual or contact a service dealer for proper cleaning procedures.
Hi, the best thing at at hispoint is to get a diagnostic review by using a diagnostic computer at the local dealership or garage. Once your car has been diagnosed, you will be able to reset the cpu and the light will go off. its probably just an O2 sensor or egr valve needed.
1.bend a paperclip into a u shape. 2.disconnect the yellow plug in your fuse box under the steering wheel and insert the paperclip into the plug that is now hanging there to complete the circuit.3.turn the ignition on and the srs light will stay on for 6 seconds, then turn off.disconnect the paperclip within 4 seconds after that and the light will come back on.4. reconnect the paperclip within 4 seconds and the srs light will turn off again.5.within another 4 seconds of it going off, disconnect the paperclip and the light will blink letting you know that you have completed all the steps right. you can also use some speaker wire
