The fan draws allot of amps (30+) from the alternator which puts a load on the engine, if the throttle valve and idle speed control air-bypass valve are sludged up it will cause a stall because the system can not react fast enough to raise the idle to handle the extra load of the fan, clean the throttle valve and air bypass valve, this should do the trick

It's shutting off while driving the red triangle show up it tell me to to safely now and shut completely off why does it do that

I think its telling you to stop the engine as safely as you can, such as not in heavy traffic. If the engine computer sees the engine is running too hot it will shut it down to prevent damage.
Have you checked the radiator and is the cooling fan working ?

Could be water in one of the wiring connectors.
You would need to check the fan relays to see if they have power and a ground signal from the computer when they are needed.

Try the fan clutch or electric fan which ever one it has, more likely a fan clutch, even if it fan seems to turn have someone turn engine off while you look at the fan, if it looks like it keeps turning after engine has shut down, you have a loose fan clutch. good Luck.

Fans not working it was overheating i replaced temperature sensor and it cooled the motor down but i had to connect the fans to a fuse to the motor for them to come on when car turns on

Your tempature sensor was probably the reason why your vehicle overheated but as far as hooking the fan to fuse to the motor isnt a bad thing its the same as installing a after market electric fan it will just keep your engine cooler.

With all controls off it blows hot air even on the coldest setting

try this relearn procedure.

turn key on engine not running
set controlls to: vent, tempature cold, fan on low
turn key off
disconnect battery
wait 30 seconds
reconnect battery
turn key on do not start engine
wait 90 seconds while system recalibrates
turn key off
now start the engine and recheck for a/c operation

if this dosent fix the tempature controll than you will need to replace the blend door motor
and it is behind the glove box, it is black and has one plug on it. if you have to replace it make sure
you go through the relearn procedure afterwards.

Car is reaching 220 when i idle...fans dont come on

On that car when you put the A/C on it throws it into a bypass mode to where the fan runs it's normal, but when you don't have the A/C on The fan should come on around whatever the thermostat rating is . try dropping the thermostat down to a 165 rating and also check your tempature sensor to see if it's operating at the right setting. Useually when a car over heats it'll damage the sensor so best to replace it to make sure and check your water pump flow also,it should move the water in the radiator quite rapidly whenever the thermostat opens .

Cooling fans?

The second fan helps cool down the system with the a/c on. I would start the car get it to operating tempature then turn on the a/c. With in a few minutes the second fan should come on.

Coolig fans dont run

the cooling fans are run by a relay it's located in the junction box. check this. there is also a thermoatic sensor located near the fans next to radiator. the fans should free spin when the engine is off this is a good indiacator that it's not the fan themselves. if the relay checks out(run engine and switch the fan relay with the a/c clutch relay when the engine reaches 180 degrees you will feel the upper radiator hose get hot the fans will turn on a short time later iof they don't it's the temp sensor near the radiator if they do it's a bad relay...please rate this thanks
