I changed both fuel filters and still the same problem. Do you think it could be the fuel pump?

Was thinking either could be your fuel pump or your carb. (if you have a carb) it may not be allowing your fuel to get into the engen.

Most likely a clogged fuel filter or a stopped up catylitic convertor
if it is the convertor it will be very very hot possible even glowing.
if you dont remember when you replaced filter then replace it it is due regardless

probably not you would need to drive with a fuel pressure gauge on it to see if pressure drops.

    convertor?

If my car wont go into gear what could be the cause? When i got the 1992 honda accord lx i was having to start out in 2nd than 3rd now it wont shift and i cant go past 70 without it revving up.

Normally you should not be able to start the car without it being in 'Neutral' or 'Park'. First try changing the starter inhibitor switch on the transmission. Next check out the selector rod for the gear position, this connects between the bottom of gear selector and the input selector shaft on the transmission. Next check out you fluid level in the auto-box on the autobox fluid dipstick. If low you can add extra fluid by the dipstick tube. Ordinarily it is suggested that the fluid level is checked when the engine is running but in park.cannot start the car unless in gear I suggest you do not do this for safety reasons.

1987 HONDA ACCORD LX WATER LEAK

Yes, there is a "bypass outlet" coolant hose that connects from the water pump inlet pipe (metal pipe that runs from back of water pump along engine block to lower radiator hose) to the intake manifold.

I am not sure about the "black box" - not enough detail.
