Question about 2002 Nissan Altima
I have a 2002 nissan altima and i have had the egr valves cleaned tune up w/ spark plugs changed and my car is having a problem with starting
when i try to crank it up right after i turned it off its fine or even when its been sitting for a long time its fine but if i go in the store and an hour later come to start the car it has a problem catching it even makes like a puff sound sometimes, i have to give it some gas to start it most of the time can someone help and i even put the fuel injector cleaner in the car twice on a full tank help before i push the car in a ditch.
It is likely the EGR Valve. If you are going to replace it, make sure that it is the exact valve for your car. Take the Vehicile ID number with you to get the exact Valve.Although they may look exactly the same, your car might not run with another EGR. they are caliberated to the engine and it has to be exact.
