2008 Camry Solara is having problems starting. It either hesitates or does not start at all. When it does start, it reset the clock and everything else.

You only get the info the radio station provides. Some send artist and song name others send more, some send nothing.

Have you checked fuel pressure and the engine computer for trouble codes ?

do they look good or work good, I have had brand new sparkplugs fail

This is a well-known problem of Solara convertibles with JBL audio systems. Here's a link to the fix. I didn't need a ratchet - the bolts can be removed with a phillips head.

double check to see if the is a vacuum leak in the system. check if you hear a "hissing" sound if it has a vacuum leak it will start and die.

This is run by a chip it cant be fixed , I would'nt worry about it. sorry
