Question about 1995 Toyota Corolla
When A/c is turned on the idle up actuator is activated which is connected to the carburetor shaft which connects to the secondary throttle. If secondary throttle is adjusted to much so as the butterfly valve opens to wide more fuel will enter the engine. Check fuel float in the carburetor float chamber , if it is adjusted to high. Readjust for proper level, to do this invert the carburetor cover with the float connected, the float should be horizontal in position with regards to the cover of the carburetor. To high a float would cause fuel to seep in the carburetor chamber and into the engine.
