Question about 2005 Chrysler 300
The key started working intermittently - it would open the locked vehicle, trunk, etc. When I lock the car manually and then open it manually with key, the minute I open the door the horn starts beeping loudly. 2 questions - I have replaced the batteries in the keys with no results, and secondly is there a way to turn off the system that makes the car beep when I open the door with my key?
My 2005 300c key dose the same thing changed the battery in the key still did not work .took a closer look and the clip that the battery clamps in is soldered to the circet board and the connection had come free needed to be soldered easy fix don't wast money on new key.

I have the same problem. I took the printed circuit board out of my key and tried it. It worked great, so I bought a new key case and put the circuit board in it.
No, I don't think that there is any way to turn off the alarm if you open the door manually with the key.
