2003 GMC Yukon- when driving I have a weird grinding noise in lower speeds and then again when driving around 50-60 mph. it does seem to affect the steering wheel as well. Now when turning left the I get...

It sounds like a wheel bearing is going bad. They are easy to change. If you have a place to jack the vehicle up. Try spinning the front wheels. You should hear a scraping noise as the wheel turns. Also replace both sides at the same time,as the otherside is not far behind.

I have a grinding sound in the front of my 1998 mountaineer, also i have my abs light on, and was told i have a bad hub and a bad differential

checking gear oil is not checking for a bad gear or bearing with the hub that will also pop the abs change the hub because if grinding is indeed the hub not long from total failure which can cause accident as well as serious injuries

My 1995 n14 sss pulsar makes a really weird noise when putting the clutch in and changing gear

This noise is due to a part called the clutch release bearing being worn out. You must remove the transmission to replace it.

I changed the transmission filter and replaced the gasket now my transmission is makin a grinding noise what could this be my car is running good and shifing good just making a grinding noise when i gas on...

did you use the proper transmission fluid to fill it back up? for gm it should be dexron. If you filled it to the proper level with dexron and it is grinding then how did the old fluid look? brown and smelled? if so the fluid was WAY past due for a change and probably damaged your bands, which you are now hearing with the new fluid in it.

My idler pulley is making a squeaky light grinding niose.

Any Auto Parts store or even a Wallmart may have a WD 40. I would first try to spray this behind or right where you see the Axel of this Idle pulley.
Unfortunately it may be getting old and dried out.
If you have any grease or even - sounds funny - Vaseline - try smearing this on where the Axel meet's the round pulley.

Jeep grand cherokee constant grinding noise, and but in reverse with full right lock it feels like it is grabbing the o/s rear wheel and a heavy deep grind comes from it! thanks in advance

As weird as it may sound, i'd check the power steering fluid. An empty power steering fluid tank will make the power steering grind and make weird noises, and having it at full lock will worsen the noise and have no fluid to build pressure it might starting jumping the steering around a bit. If the power steering is OK then you will need to take the rear drums apart to check for any broken retainer springs preventing the pads from returning into place and it will keep braking and grinding. Could also just be some rust or a broken off metal part in the drum also, but either way you will need to take the drums off and inspect the springs, clips and pads to ensure everything is OK and nothing stays jammed into braking position. Also be sure to verify the rear brake cylinders in the drums, as it may also be them that don't return to the initial position and keep the brakes on.
