I was unable to locate code 0811. Code 0118, however, refers to engine coolant temperature voltage too high, according to Mitchell.

My chev spark 1.0 it shows engine lite when I start the engine

If the lite stays on, engine running, you need to check it out. From here I can't tell if it means, it's time to change oil and filter or something else? Check all you fluids. Check for applicable trouble codes. If your obd2, you need an obd2 code reader to check codes, yourself. Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free.

Check engine light came on after convertor was replaced. code po 137. Replaced both o2 sensors and still have the same code and check engine light

Well you would need to use a scanner to monitor the data coming from the sensor after the cat. Code 137 means the data voltage is too low or zero. The sensor generates ac voltage based on the amount of unburned oxygen in the exhaust.
The actual problem could be an exhaust leak closer to the engine, or that new cat may not be up to oem standards.

What does code P1707 Mean?

You mentioned Hyundai so I will assume that is the brand of car. Four digit codes are brand specific.
Code 1707 is for a problem with the brake switch. Depending on the year of the car, the brake switch circuit could be causing problems with the engine computer as well as the speedo.
Usually when the speedo acts up the problem is the speed sensor in the transmission, but you should have a code for that too.

Check engine light on

Code 650 means there is a problem with the circuit that powers the check engine light.
The circuit would need to be tested.

Engine error code p1456

Four digit codes can be brand specific, meaning the code can mean different things for different brands.
The generic meaning is the EVAP system has a small leak. The computer vents the gas tank to the vapor canister several times while you are driving.

2001 dodge dakota 4wd 5.9 litre quad cab

Well code 1682 is brand specific which means it has a different meaning for each brand.
The only thing I have on a Dodge product is a problem with the throttle sensor. It is more often a problem with diesel trucks but could also include gas engines.
You may want to check with the dealer or do some online research for the code to get more info.
I would doubt the code would keep an engine from starting.

Check engine line comes on sporadically. Diagnostic code is OEM

OEM simply means Original Equipment Manufacturer. That is not the actual code.

The code has to start with:
P for Powertrain
B for Body
C for chassis
U for future systems

The second letter is:
0 for Government required codes
1 for additional extra OEM codes
3 for additional supplementary OEM codes

The 3rd letter is:
1 for fuel/air mixture
2 additional fuel/air mixture
3 ignition
4 emissions
5 idle regulation
6 computer
7 transmission
8 additional tranmission
9 control module

The 4th and 5th give the final information about the system the previous pinpoint.

So you have to give us all 5 letters before we can interpret the information.
