the bulb should unscrew (1/4 turn counterclockwise) from the back of the lens. if you cant get to the back of the lens then there should be tabs made of sheet metal (1 inch wide) that you can pull up (probably 2 on each headlight) and the lamp will pull out of the front of the car so you can reach the bulbs that way.
underhood at light there are two plastic slide pins on top of assembly. pull up on the pins to release assembly. then pull assembly from car, now you can replace the bulb. when putting back on, push in on assembly and push the pins down to hold it in.
I believe those use a locking ring (kind of like a nut) that goes around the bask of the bulb. Unplug the wire from the bulb, unscrew the ring off of it, and pull the bulb out. When installing the new bulb, do not touch the glass with your fingers -- the oils on your skin will make it blow early.
There is a problem with the 2003 chevy malibu hazard relay switch that causes the blinkers to work intermittently. On mine, they would work again once I turned the hazards on and then off. I eventually had this repaired at the dealer.
