94 escort has a surge at 40 miles per hr or more.

Surging can be common for EGR valves and fuel pressure regulators. Check a site called ABOUTAUTOMOBILES

Is there a standard transmission i could put in a 4.6 litre car that now has a automatic transmission in it

The answer is yes, any 5-speed from a 94-04 Mustang (4.6 or 3.8 doesn't matter, it's the same transmission). You'll also need the pedal assembly, shifter assembly, ecu from a 5-speed, 5-speed drive shaft, clutch and clutch cable, and flywheel.
BUT, If u didn't know all that already... let alone the yes or no answer to ur question, I wouldn't advise doing an over

Could my problem be fuel pump or carbuerator starting my 65 mustang it takes 3 to 4 times and i have to hold gas pedal down so it doesnt cut out after going it will still cut out when i slow down o

this sounds like the carburetor is dirty internaly and needs a rebuild to correct the problem.if it was the fuel pump it would not matter if you held the pedal wide open or not it would not pump gas.you mention plug wires but not mention spark plugs specifically.these are the items that are normally replaced when a tune-up is done.plugs, cap rotor, points, condensor, plug wires if needed, air filter, fuel filter, set point gap,set ignition timing, adjust carb mixture.

Need to know what i'm missing.using '94 mustang t5 manual bolted to a 302 engine in my 1930 pickup hot rod.does the clutch fork push forward or pull back towards the cab.i don't seem to have a pivot point...

You didn't say which clutch you are using, so I will assume that it is a 94 Mustang clutch and housing. The pivot is on the right (passenger) side, so to disengage the clutch (disconnect engine from transmission, like pushing on clutch pedal), you would need to move the fork towards the front of the truck.

Wd-40 it for couple hours. You need to hold other end that is most likely stripped. Needle nose vise grip worked for me.:)

put an mustang 5.0 if you want real fast put cool air intake and headers with 2.5 inch exhust and 20 series flow master and dual all the way out the back cost a little bit but well worth it if you wanna smash on little imports ,mustang, camaro you mostlikly have the 8.8 rearend witch is a good rearend and you can gear it to your needs for quickness or speed however you want it for your motor .

Pulsating gas pedal in low speeds, if you go really easy on the pedal untill ~25, it will not pulse at all.

Make sure the carb is bolted tight to the manifold too. Loose nuts can cause this.

Lost pressure in gas peddle

Hmmm well to start the pressure in you gas pedal comes from your throttle body, not your spark plugs. Secondly, there is only one cable going to your gas pedal, the other one is your cruise control cable.

Repair your throttle cable, or the spring on your throttle body is broken. it should be a fairly easy thing to fix.
