You most likely have corrosion or a short in the socket(s) of your white back up lights. Remove the bulb(s) and inspect the socket base. Clean out any corrosion. The back up light switch is on the shift linkage. The Switch could have shorted internally or the wiring from the switch to the back up lights can be grounded somewhere on the chassis / body / frame. You will need to perform resistance checks to ground with the back up light bulb(s) removed. If you have shorts to ground with bulbs removed you have a wiring problem. Keep in mind that if you have 2 wires to the light... one wire is power and the 2nd wire is ground (usually green). A back up light bulb that is loose in the bulb base and has twisted the 2 wires together from vibration will also cause the fuse to fail.
