First of all make sure all your engine breathers are clear. If they are then I would suspect something is wrong with pistons/rings.

Pcv valve I changed the head gasket in my 2002 Nissan Altima 2.5s and did a oil change and I had the oil filler cap off when I started it and it oil came out the filler

Oil supply to the overhead camshaft and valve gear is fairly vigorous and so some spray from there is to be expected without the filler cap.

Unlikely a problem with the pcv valve - they rarely give trouble unless seriously gummed up with carbon-type deposits and then a thorough clean mostly restores them.

Oil leaking on spark plug

If the spark plug is oil fouled, you either have leaking valve seals, or bad piston rings. Bad rings would be accompanied by excessive blow-by. With the engine running, remove your oil filler cap. If there is air pulsing out of the filler tube, it your rings. If not, it is your valve seals.

First stepwould typically be to replace the PCV valve. It's located behind the valve cover at the bottom of the rubber tube that connects to the back of the valve cover and branches off to the air filter housing.

Alternate possibility:

If the head gasket has been replaced, it's likely one of the oil returns is blocked (replacement head gaskets, for whatever reason, don't usually align with the head correctly). The solution is to open the secondary oil return. I used a one foot piece of 4 gauge bare copper wire (more of a 1/4" copper rod). Remove the valve cover. Taper the end of the copper wire to a blunt point and drive it about 6 inches down the oil return on the backside of the head near the rear of the head (directly behind where the oil filler cap was).

I would not waste money on a radiator cap. The motor is shot ( probably a blown head gasket or cracked head) You probably will get weeks or until it blows up and the highway patrol puts you off the road with a hefty fine to boot.

Honfa acord blowing oil out tailpipe

It sounds like you might have a blown head gasket, bad valve seals, worn/broken rings, or a bad PCV valve/filter. Remove the oil filler cap and check how much air comes out. If a lot of air is coming out of the oil filler hole, you might have bad rings. The PCV valve helps to take the crankcase gasses (blowby from the rings) and run them through the combustion system to burn them. The most likely cause is a blown head gasket. The high pressure oil is leaking through the head gasket directly into one of the engine cylinders. Check each of the spark plugs to see if one of them is much dirtier than the others. A bad intake valve seal could also do the same thing, although probably not as bad.

Milky oil cap on merc c180 2005

You havw a serious problem with water getting into the oil.
Most likely it is leaking from the head gasket. You mentioned that the head gasket was replaced 6 months ago. Did the cylinder head get re-tighten after several hundred kms. If not this should have been done to avoid this problem.

Its blowing oil out of the oil cap why would this be ?? also i bit of white smoke then came out the back

The oil level may be too high.
Is the filler cap tight?
blow-by in the cylinder piston rign area. A wet test of engine compression will detect this.
A bad had gasket. Engine will be over heating as water is being used up during combustion.
Bad head gasket. Could explain white smoke in exhaust.

If the engine is overheating I would be suspecting a problem in the head area.

Good Luck. SnugglePants

Engine using oil. No sign of leaking. Catalytic converter replaced 13 months ago, now needs replaced. Told need new engine. What is causing the catalylic converter to plug?

Was a leak down test performed on the motor? This will determine if the oil loss is due to bad rings or a head gasket.A head gasket can be repaired, rings will require an overhaul or new motor.Have checked the coolant for oil contamination?

Blown head gasket. I would get it to the shop right away. You are starting to mix oil and water and the problem will only get worse until fixed. And the warranty will cover this
