In the engine compartment you have a fuse box check all first but i think its in the vehicle down by the brake pedal near the door on drivers side theres a little door with the fuse box behind it most likly its the motor they all seize up and jam even mine its been 2 years i dont use it

If the blower moter only works on hi speed it is the blower motor resistor that is bad. The blower motor resistor is located under the passenger side of the dash next to the blower motor. It is not necessary to remove the blower motor to change the resistor.

If you hear a clicking sound, then you know you have power. Check to see if the motor arm is moving any at the wiper arm.The small cap that covers the wiper arm to motor can be pulled apart, to see if the nut is loose or if the gear housing is stripped on the wiper arm, or if the motor drive is stripped.
