My Daytime Running Lights work, so do the parking lights, which is the first setting on the knob. The low-beam (third setting) causes the lights to go off. The high-beams don't work either, except the high-beam flash function (pull the lever toward you) does work. for sure.
we found the flasher curcuit had no power to the hot prong. So my friend wired the flashers hot prong into the radios fuse curcuit to get power to it and put a separate 10amp fuse on the new lead.
first thing to do, go with the replacement of the light bulbs, high beam and low beam are two different fillaments on the ligh bulb, as for the rear also replace the bulbs, when your flasher rellay flashes faster, it means that there is less drop of current in the circuit, like only one light bulb working.
There is probably something shorting the front turn signal wires; the car is supposed to turn the signal light circut on and leave it on if it detects a burned out light bulb. The flashers, however, are supposed to work normally no matter what happens. Hope this helps!
