My 2003 Saab 9-5 Aero 4-cyl Turbo Won't start. However, I have power in car, lights windows and radio works. But it won't turn-over. It could be Starter or Starter Relay. I can't find out

Ok, those systems might still work because the not require as much energy as the starter. Check the Battery Voltage with a good Voltmeter. If below 12, there might be your problem!

2001 Chev Malibu. Turn key on to start car, won't start. No warning lights on no lights on gauge panel. Radio works, dome light work.

check the ground leg to your engine.. it runs off the neg. battery terminal. will connect to frame and engine.. pull it off, wire brush it put it back.. you radio will work, 'cause it draws much less current, and is grounded in dash.

My asb light comes on when starting and stays on. Lights won't come on , power locks won't work, power windows won't work, radio won't work. All fuses are good and car runs fine.

Those are all really common symptoms of the alternator going bad on those cars. I would have it checked to make sure it's charging properly.

Saturn sl1 won't turn over when dome light and radio won't work

sounds like the rke module (Remote Keyless Entry) module losing power, I hope that helps you out

My dodge ram 1500 won't start, the lights won't turn on, the radio does not work. The red light on the dash flashes as does the map lights and the odometer

have battery tested if good fully charge,then check all relays and fuses.

Are you saying the engine cranks but won't start, or the engine won't crank ?
If the engine does not crank, you would check for voltage at the starter, the neutral safety switch, and the key switch as well as the ground connections.

My plymouth breeze won't start, won't make a sound, but my lights and horn still works , help me.

any real answer yet? did the problem ever get resolved? i have the same problem with my sister's car. too cold to diagnose tonight, but will post the solution probably tomorrow. since the lights and heater works, but ignition and radio arent getting power, my first guess is there's probably a fried fusible link which controls the 2nd accessory power to the ignition switch. will post a solution soon.

My battery went flat on my tk barina so we jump started it and the head unit won't turn on neither will the radio the radio comes on when the door is closed when the door is open it won't come...

It is in Theft lock from the loss of power. Contact your local dealer for help getting it unlocked.

My 2007 dodge ram won't start the ignition won't do anything but all they other electrical parts work lights,radio,act.

Could be the security system or the neutral safety switch.

If lights work, radio but not turn over. First of listen to see if it clicks when turning key, if that happens most likely it is the solenoid on the starter not triggering, if you hear nothing when turning the key, then the cable coming from the battery that goes down to the starter is loose, bad connection. Make sure that the cable from battery is tight, and clean. If Like I said you hear a click when trying to start car, then it is starter/solenoid issue.
