Question about 1991 Honda Accord
I have a 1991 honda accord lx, the vehicle runs great minus the sputtering i get when i press on the accelerator slightly when taking off or holding a speed at 25-35mph, if I press down more slightly on the accelerator the car will run fine. In order to find out what this sputtering problem was i replaced the following parts, i now have, New spark plus (gaped correctly) and wires, new distrubutor, 4 new fuel injectors, new flage gasket seal on the header and exaust manifold, new CAT, new muffeler, new exaust piping from the new headers to the tail pipe, new alternator, new belts and crankshaft pulley, new IAC, and new fuel filter. All those parts i have replaced and it still sputters the same LOL, i have noticed that there is no O2 sensor on the downflow before the CAT so that may be the problem, or both O2 sensors need to be replaced, one of the mechanics said that it may be the TPS as well or a fuel pump, is there any thing i can do to make this vehicle stop sputtering?
Im having the same problem with a 92 accord and ive replaced everything like you except o2 sensor so if that fixes yours let me know please firstname.lastname@example.org

IF I HAD TO MAKE ONE GUESS FROM HERE I WOULD BET ON THE TPS , SINCE IT IS ESSENTIALLY A RESISTOR WITH VARIOUS TAKE OFF POINTS WHICH SEND THE MESSAGE TO THE COM AND IT SEEMS TO BE AT ONLY ONE SPEED RANGE THAT WOULD BE MY BEST GUESS BUT AS YOU KNOW IT IS ONLY AN EDUCATED GUESS
