I have an '01 Navigator that every time it rains, it won't start because water leaks into the cabin onto the GEM Module. FORD will not fix it.

You either have a windshield leak & water in the
delayed relay & or the GEM Module failed

If only the lights are effected & not the radio,
blower, interior lights- the the GEM is most likely
okey

Ford f-150 gem mod.

ha it sound like the stearing colem need to be reaplaced.i do not think your gem module is bad.the controls for the whiper are in the stearing columen. i would get the parts out of a junk yard it will be cheaper.if you cant fix it get rid of it or it will cost you a lot of money.
