Question about Mercury Grand Marquis
You could have a bad thermostat. Also, if the heater core was plugged/clogged to begin with, some of the debris may have made its way into another part of the cooling/heating system like the radiator, thermostat, etc. There are also several sensors that may effect this too. Did the system get thoroughly flushed when the job was done? That would help prevent blockages.
