possibly you have a schafted wire in the wiring loom at the fuel injectors, or at the fuse junction box. (short) hit a bump just right and it shorts out blowing the fuse.

Hi I have a 1990 db7 the problem I have is it keeps blowing the electric winow fuse.If i change the fuse it works a couple times then blows, everything else is fine, any ideas? Mike

If it is constantly blowing fuses it is possibly a short circuit. The short may be in the motor causing it to draw to much current and blowing the fuse. Needs to be checked with an amp meter.

Blowing fuel pump fuse

Did you change the pump? It may be drawing too much current and causing the fuse to blow... My recommendation is to replace that if you continue to have this problem OR unplug the fuel pump and see if it still blows... then it is a shorted wire!

Engine fan keeps running

It's possible that the fan control relay is intermittently sticking causing the fans to run continuously. This can overheat and subsequently blow the fuse. Try replacing the relay and see if anything changes.

Hope this helps.
