If the light switch is on the turn switch the turn switch is probley bad. Something in the knob goes bad. Had same problem.

Try your headlight switch I had a simular problem.

The ground checks out? Which ground did you test?

most often if you examine the back of the headlight assembly you will see that the bulbs come out the rear with a twist and gentle pull. open the hood and look down.

this may have a bad ground connecton. add a second grond wire to see if the brightness increases

I believe the entire headlight has to be removed to get to the back where you can twist out the old one and install the new one. There is 2 bolts holding it in and i believe they are either a 12 or 13mm bolt size, the bulb code should be a 9007 type. Good luck

have your mechanic check the daytime running light relay and control module as failure is common.

open the hood and tuen off plastc fastener and remove bulbs

Probably a bad ground or bad connection on the headlight that's dim. Try wiggling the wires on the bulb connection if that's not the problem/ Try and find where that headlight gets it's ground.
