If you have changed the plugs and wires you need to do a cylinder balancetest and find out what cylinder is missing after you find out what cylinder is bad check compression if it is over 100 check your injector

Have you changed the spark plugs this year ? Is the check engine light on ? How's the cap rotor and wires ? A miss under load is normal when one of the spark plugs is weak or they are not getting enough voltage from the coil. Also, a weak injector or problem with the fuel system can cause a miss.
Checked and cleaner EGR?. Misses all the time or just at idle, going down road? Have you tried pulling one plug wire off cap or plug at a time to see if you can isolate which cylinder it is, then work from there? Don't forget, Insulated pliers or similar to pull those wires.
