on the passenger side there are little "boxes" its a small set of three each about an inch by an inch. its a fan relay, the fuses are in the box under the hood.
Check cooling fan fuse in underhood junction block Should be large green 30 amp.Also can turn ac on and tap C/F motor with hammer,Can also test by running auxilary power and ground wires to fan.
This is an indication the radiator system is LOW ON COOLANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!
