Question about 2000 Volkswagen Jetta TDI
my golf is very hard to start in the morning recently. . when hot it is one crank and it goes, but cold start needs several cranking up. In the mornings or after few hours when the engine is cold i have noticed an air bubble as long as 3/4 inch in the see through pipe diesel pipe running between the fuel filter campartment and the engine. Is this normal. i havent changed the glow plugs yet .Any ideas please.?
Hi change the glow plugs and no its not normall there should be no air in the system it is either sucking air or it has not been bled properly last time system was worked on usually when changing the fiter check the whole system for signs of leaks if non found bled the system until you get rid of them yates210456
