My left blinker sometimes works and sometimes doesn't and also sometimes I hear a clicking noise when I turn it on then it quits working. Is there a flasher relay for the turn signal, and if so where is it located. I've looked at my manual and the fuse panel in the car as well as the engine compartment.

There is a flasher relay for the signals and its located behind the dash on the drivers side sometimes in the lower area of the dash.when the signals are working listen to the clicking noise to narrow down the area the flasher will be in.if all else fails you can go to the library and look for a book on your car and it will have the location in it.also if you know a tech he can help you locate it as well.

I have a 95 camaro the blinkers just quit working. The hazard lights work, but the blinkers don't work even if the blinker switch is turned on no lights blikeor come on

There is more than one flasher. One is for hazards and the other flasher is for directional signals. They are located under dash just left and right of the steering column. Don't go tearing up the steering column, then you are asking for trouble. Try the least expensive and labor intensive fix first.

My speedometer jumps from 20-40mph when Im stopped. Also, the blinkers blink rapidly when this happens. If i turn the lights on, it revs. Doesn't do it all the time.

I would look for a broken ground wire..If its a ground wire it should be one of the big ones..Theres one from the firewall to the block..If any body work has been done or major engine work ,,sometimes the grounds are left off..If all looks good it may be in the cluster or the GEM module..

that vehicle has a desperate relay for the hazards which is why they work, you have a defective signal flasher sometimes called a signal relay, follow the noise to locate exactly where the part is, usually under driver side of dash, it is a very cheap part and easy to install.

Blinkers wont click off automatically?!

Probably not a switch problem.
Most turn signals are reset via a mechanism actuated by a finger attached to the hub of the steering wheel and acting on a switch actuator that is set when you choose left or right blinker.
The entire assembly is probably plastic and some are quite fragile.
Unfortunately, removing the steering wheel to replace or shim anything requires the removal of the hub-mounted air bag and this is something better left to a Honda service tech instead of risking the $6-700 air bag and a black eye or two.

On a vehicle with working turn signals but the motor & radio off, try setting the signal with the wheel centered, then turning it in the direction signaled.
You will hear one or more clicks when the resetting mechanism is engaged.
You will not hear that on your car.
