SOURCE: HOW DO I REPLCE A HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY ON GMC K1500

SOURCE: 2007 GMC Sierra 2500HD - adjust headlight aim, mine is too high
every headlamp has two adjusting set screws. One for vertical and horizontal. They are normally a torx driver socket that will turn these screws. If you have a garage use the garage door at night to set the beams reflecting off the door. Centering the truck to a center mark on the door would be helpful when you make the adjustments. That way your headlamps should aim evenly. Please note if your driveway is not level jack up the trucks rear end to make it so. Leveling the vehicle makes the difference before any adjustments are mad

I had the exact problem with my 2004 Envoy. You need to replace the Headlamp Relay. This is a very simple fix. The relay is located under the hood in box just above the battery. Pull the cover off of the box, look at underside of box to see layout of relays/fuses, i do not recall the exact abbrevaition used for the headlamp relay but there are only two relays in there that look like the one you need, just play with those two and you will get it.
Do not take it to the shop, my wife took ours in and they charged us way to much to diagnose such a simple fix.
You can test it before you buy the part by switching the relays that are the same around and seeing if your headlights work (they will).
It is as simple as changing what looks like a big fuse.
SOURCE: I have a 98 GMC Sonoma. The headlights will not
well try this it would make you laugh if this work check your floor brake pull up on it all the way and see if it comes on when the park brake is on they turn the lights off and if there not up all the way it will keep it from coming back on. hope that works for ya.
SOURCE: my husband owns a 2007 gmc sierra 2500 diesel and
the headlight housing is held in by 2 L shaped pins that rotate outward and pull up and out, then it can be pulled out.
