It could be a number of things. FIRST, you need to find out what is missing or malfunctioning when it is refusing to start. The easiest way is to pull a spark plug wire and check for spark while the engine is not starting. If you have a strong, BRIGHT BLUE spark, then it would be safe to assume that the ignition system is OK and that the problem is most likely being caused by the fuel system (something like a malfunctioning Engine Coolant Temperature [ECT] sensor). If there is weak or no spark, then the ignition system is at fault and the ignition system needs to be diagnosed (bad TFI Module, Ignition coil breaking down when it gets hot, etc.).
Checking the Engine Control Module (ECM) for fault codes would not be a bad place to start either. There may likely be a fault code that will tell you what is going on.
