Question about Mercedes-Benz B-Class

Parking a B200 for a long time

I have a B200-2007, I'm going to be transfered abroad for six months to one year and I don't want to think about selling it. So, what precautions or preparatives should I make for this situation? The car will be under roof and with temperatures from 12ºC to 32ºC.
I hope have the answer because I haven't found it eleswhere yet.
Thank you

Make sure tyre pressure is correct and do not pull hand brake ,this is a modern vehicle in normal temperatures so you do not need to do anything else( good luck in your transfer)

I have a 2007 Sonata, on occasion when I apply the brakes all of the running lights, head lights parking lights get very dim. At times it effects the radio as well.+

go to an auto electrician and have a check done on the charging system
there is a heavy power draw indicated when the brakes are applied and that indicates either a short or a high resistance incurred

2007 pontiac grand prix headlights are not working correctly. High beams work but not low beam. nothing works on automatic. Low beam bulbs have been replaced. Lights worked for one day, then back to not...

I drive a 07 Grand Prix and the low beams randomly went out. Could not get them to come back on, but all of the other lights worked (inside, parking, and high beams). found a forum online that recommended replacing the fuse/thing at location #35 in the fuse box under the hood. It worked immediately!! Got the part at Advanced Auto parts for $35 dollars.

My 2004 Lincoln ls has been acting up. First it was running rough so I changed coil on 4 and then 2 seven monthes later after which car ran great. Now on two occasions when triing to start alarm goes off...

I don't think going to AutoZone for codes is of much
value to anyone

Obviously your LS don't miss on 4 cyl or have 4 bad coils

You didn't need to replace any coils except the one that fails,
which is 1 or 2 a year on that car.

You most likely have one really bad coil that sets all kinds
of codes.

You can buy one new coil & walk it every couple days until
you get to the bad one or go to a repair shop with an oscilloscope
and the correct inductive coil adapter.

You need to use the correct OEM style plugs (NGK)
were the motorcraft mfg.

Check alternator output with a scope & make sure
the battery isn't more than 4 years old. Todays cars
are sensitive to voltage, current, resistance and grounds

Srve (p) comes on

That indicates that your Parking Brake is in need
of some type of service.

I'm going to guess you don't disassemble,clean,
and lube any of your brakes once a year,so the
parking brake it's self, may not be the main issue,
that caused your dash light to come on.

I would service your rear brakes, then diagnose
any parking brake issues later, if they still remain

When i say service,I am not referring to replacing
or even machining parts unless necessary.

Brake rust badly in a few months and need constant
rust removal, lube and other attention yearly ,that
unfortunately even the professionals don't do

Sometimes my 2007 jeep cherokee won"t start battery is good something in the fuse box i think

I had similar prob - no rhyme nor reason as to when, where or why it wouldn't start. After two new starters the shop finally found a starter wire/cable that was corroded on the inside. Mech' could move it back and forth and it would / would not start. Changed cable six months ago - no problems since. Hope it helps.
