horn is mounted under front bumper ,if its not working then try wacking it with a hammer whilst someone else has then hand on switch,failing which try feed it some viagra
There is a fuseable link coming off the starter it is a redish pink in color it supplies power to the car check that. When blown it will be either burnt through or soft.
I had the same problem eith my '90 cavalier 2.2L and all I did to fix it was replace the relay. Mine was located right behind the fuse kick panel by the driver door. There should be two relays: a round one and a square one. The square one is most likely the horn relay. Hope this helps
