Press the horn and just hear a clicking noise

what you hear is the horn relay which tells me that the fuse, wiring, horn pad,and relay is good.thus the horn itself is no good and needs replacing.

Horn won't work but, use to. Was going to check the fuse first, but no car book and fuses don't indicate which is for horn. Got any ideas?

I had the same problem eith my '90 cavalier 2.2L and all I did to fix it was replace the relay. Mine was located right behind the fuse kick panel by the driver door. There should be two relays: a round one and a square one. The square one is most likely the horn relay. Hope this helps
