Question about 1999 Kia Sephia
FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS EVERY WINTER WHEN THE TEMPERTURE
FALLS THE CAR WILL NOT START I REPLACED THE BATTERY AND TWO
YEARS AGO REPLACED THE STARTER
THE ONLY TIME I GET THE CAR TO START IS BY PUTTING A TARP OVER
THE HOOD AND PUT A HEATER ON IT
If you live in cold enough climates then you might need an engine block heater.
