Question about 1995 Honda Civic
On 1995 honda civic, require torque specs and secquence
Wow. a lot of bad information on this site. Refer to a manual for the proper torque sequence. The civic I believe is a two step torque procedure. First 22 ft lbs, than 53 ft lbs.

7.3 ft.lbs Go from middle, to back right, to back left, to front right, to front left. if your standing in fron of your header. 11 or over usually shears the bolt.(if you have stock bolts)
Make sure you dap some rtv on the sharper 4 corners of the gasket where the cam seals are.
