When i tern a corner my 93 jeep cherokee spot dies an then starts its self back up 2 or 3 times then dies an wont start could that be the rollover valve if so where might it be located?

Try putting a timing light on it once you get it to crank and idle. Sounds like the timing is retarded too much. Advancing it should make it run better. Also check that you are getting proper fuel pressure to the engine.
If the check engine light does not light up on the dash when you turn on the ignition, at those times when your jeep doesn't want to start, then your main jeep ecm is in need of repair. The fuel pump relay will get energized only after that check engine light comes on. It's a known problem, especially with the first and second year production Grand Cherokees, 93 and 94.
