Either the wiring between the injector and the computer is bad, or the computer is bad. (ecm) the RED wire on both injectors should have 12V. connect a test light to the positive of the battery, now connect the tip to the DARK GREEN wire or the DARK BLUE wire on the injectors. you should get a rythmic flicker at the light when cranking the engine.. if both wires flicker, the injector thats not flowing fuel could be bad. if 1 does not flicker, check the wire to the computer, those wires go directly to the computer, no connectors. if the wiring is good, I suspect the computer is bad.

2004 nissan turn over but wont start. replace fuel pump and still got the same result

could be a problem with engine electrical or still with fuel delivery. unhook a fuel injector line while it cranks and see if it shoots out spurts gas, just as the fuel pump line is supposed to shoot out a stream of gas while cranking. if you replaced the fuel pump, and no gas shoots out the disconnected fuel pump line, there is an electrical problem, (fuse, relay or wiring issue) to your new fuel pump. if the gas spurts out the loose injector line, then move on to electrical:

first ensure your ignition coil has spark by disconnecting the coil ouput lead and shorting it out to the chassis of the car. you should see a spark, when you short that circuit while cranking. if you have spark, you will have to move on to the spark plugs/ cables, then the distributor cap/coil packs.

if its part of the electrical system, it will be sensitive to temperature/humidity, and that may be why it only fails to start early in the morning. if it were the fuel injector, it would be more likely to start cold, and NOT re-start after it had already been warmed up and cut off recently.

1999 chrysler 3.5 lhs fuel not going to injectors

Then your fuel pump is not working, or your fuel filter is blocked. You will probably have to check your fuel pump circuit if you have no fuel pressure in the fuel rail, where the injectors sit. There is a fuse for the pump, usually in the under hood fuse/relay block. That is probably also where the fuel pump relay is located. You should hear or feel this relay click when the ignition key is cycled from off to on. Also, when the key is turned to on, you should hear the fuel pump in the gas tank turn on for about 2 seconds. This will put the pressure in the gas in the fuel rail, for starting the engine. If you don't hear the pump turn on for that 2 second period, it is probably a bad fuel pump. But know the fuse is good first.

Injector not working why put new injector new computer new fuel pump does it have injector relay 1987 celebrity

Check fuel pressure. Have you replaced the fuel filter on schedule? Verify that the fuel pump is getting power. Power goes through an in-line fuse, then the fuel pump relay or the oil pressure sensor. (The relay bypasses the oil pressure sensor while the engine starts, but fuel pump power goes through the sensor during normal run operation. If you lose oil pressure, the fuel pump is shut off to protect the engine.) On four-cylinder models, the fuse is in the fuse block (E PUMP 10)
The fuel injectors are connected to the ECM fuse on one side and straight to the engine computer on the other side. Check the connectors and wiring, especially at the injector.

Car won't start I think its the fuel pump. Cause there's no gas going to the injectors. But to save money i was wondering if there's a fuel relay, sensor, fuse or something?

well you wont save money if you guess either but do this. Is it equipt with a tach meter (RPM range)? if it does we will use it to trouble shoot the car. Okay when you crank it do you see the needle moving just tiny tiny bit,if you then we know there is spark.how coil pulse are pick up by the tach. Okay now the fuel section have some one cycle the key but dont start. have the gas cap open, use you ear so you hear the pump,it will be hard to hear , can you hear it, now lets check the ignition switch why check Honda uses a ground signal to turn on the fuel pump when your ignition switch fails even though it cranks you wont get a fuel signal. and no pump the only way to know for certainty is a test light, there are relays that why you cycle the switch and there is a pump fuse and that in the engine comportament and it is marked as fuel pump fuse.

My 1996 dodge neon is not getting any fuel to the system. theres gas in the car a brand new fuel pump and filter. what could be wrong?

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. Fuel is pumped out of the tank by the fuel pump. It then goes to the fuel filter. Then, it goes through the gas lines to the injectors and engine. You need to scan your gas lines and make sure they are not damaged or clogged. If the lines are ok, you need to check your injectors. Check your fuel pump fuse/relays and reset button, if equipped. I am guessing the car will not start? Thanks for using FixYa.

It appears that the fuel pump in non operational.. it cranks but will not start. Where does the gas line come up to the injectors, so that I might pull the hose off, insert into a soda bottle and crank the...

There should be a small shrader valve on the fuel rail just remove the cap and press in on the valve if fuel shoots out under pressure the fuel pump is working if no fuel comes out, check the fuel pump relay and fuel pump fuse, if both of those check out ok the fuel pump is probably bad and will require removal of the gas tank to access the pump for further diagnosis....

The ignition seems to want to start but no gas is getting to the injectors, If I give it starter fluid it wants to start.

I would check to see if you are getting any gas to the test port on the fuel rail. Sounds like the fuel pump fuse and/or relay, or the pump itself is bad. You can check the fuel pump connector under the car for power when the key is turned on. If there is power, the fuse and relay are ok. Check the fuel filter also. Check for power to the injectors.
