No sir they will not interchange. i worked at a transmission shop for 7 years. the inline 6 has a 500 trans in it and the v8 has a 518 trans in it. the bellhousings are different.

I'm confussed; you post your problem in the Jeep 1995 Grand Cherokee area, but say us that you have an Jeep Cherokee SE... :-S

For solve this subject, maybe you need review the fuse box in the correct Jeep model:
- Jeep Cherokee (Page 3-5 Fuse Block / Page 15-17 Power Distribution Center)
- Jeep Grand Cherokee (Page 7 Fuse Block / Page 9 Power Distribution Center)

Power windows 1993 jeep grand cherokee
The "power windows fuse" have 26 position in the fuse box. Check this info: ZJ-Secc-8W-Wiring-Diagrams (Page 8W-7 Fig. 12)

For location of Fuse Block see the page 8W-10 (front passenger side).

1995 Jeep grand Cherokee sun roof won't shut properly. It opens and shuts but it doesn't shut correct. It won't shut correctly it'll be cracked in the front or the back then when the key is off it when do its own thing and cracks its self like its the home position.
