Sweet smell, green or orange color, low on engine coolant, then it would be your heater core. Regular water, been using ac alot, weep drain clogged.

Leaking on front driver carpet but no visual sign of leaking around door or windows. Carpet is drenched and so is cushion underneath carpet.

1. Have you been using your heater and is the smell sticky sweet? If so you're heater core might be leaking.

2. Have you been using you're A/C? If so you may have a clogged or disconnected condensation drain.

Need location of fuel filter for 86 honda civic fuel injected

Left side, underneath. just lie under car in front of the left rear wheel. It is actually encased. It has a bracket holding it in place, easy enough to undo but there is no stopper in the fuel line so be prepared to be drenched in fuel!!

I have a 1997 honda civic cx hatchback and there is a really bad water leak on the passenger's side, the carpet gets drenched and water goes all the way into the backseats. anyone know where it's coming...

if this only occurs only when you wash the car or it rains then you either have a rust through at the cowl or front pillar or the seal around the windshield is leaking. sounds like a job for the glass shop. they will remove the glass check for rust and replace the seal.

Getting oil out of car carpet

Hi:

Sometimes an oil stain is tough to get out, because of the difficultly in breaking down the oil.
A suggestion is to buy a degreaser solution, such as Simple Green, or Castrol Super Clean. Mix one of these solutions in a spray bottle, 50/50, and drench the carpet with this spray. If you can get or borrow a carpet cleaning machine to **** most of the solution back out of the carpet, that would be best, but towels will do the job too. You might have to do this several times, but I am confident that you will get alot of it out by using a degreaser to break down the oil.

Same problem with 99

Try running a hose on the driver's door window to see if the drain hoeles in the driver's door are plugged. Also check the drain holes in the rear window and trunk lid drains. If one of the drain holes is plugged the water will seek the next easiest way to drain (which might be to the iside of your VW Beetle.

Water Leaks 2003 Alero

YOU MAY HAVE A LEAK AROUND THE FRONT WINDSHIELD. CHECK THE RUBBER MOLDING AROUND THE GLASS. YOU CAN SEAL IT UP WITH SOME SILICONE AT THE EDGES. IF YOU HAD A WINDSHIELD REPLACED TAKE IT BACK AND THEY WILL PROBABLY TAKE CARE OF THIS FOR YOU.
