My 2008 Ford f-450 with the 6.4 tubodeisal is cutting out at 1800rpm n or out of drive also dash say check brake system and won't build boost

You might have a problem with the vacuum pump or the brake booster diaphragm is leaking vacuum. Disconnect vacuum line at pump with engine off and draw vacuum through this disconnected line. If the line will not hold vacuum, find the leak.

1991 f 350 wont stay running7.3 deisel new injecters new glow plugs new fuel filter have to put gas on a rag and cover intake starts but u put into gear and dies

Many things to check. Wonder if this work was done to alleviate problem or problem was from doing the work.

Putting gas fumes in a 21:1 compression cylinder is sure way to ruin engine.

2 possible problems are losing your diesel fuel draw from an air leak in the fuel lines and an inoperative glow plug timer.

When you change a fuel filter you lose the vacuum lock that is in the fuel lines. Some mechanics add fuel to the new filter to remove some of the air and promote fuel draw. The O rings on the injector lines are a special type which resists petroleum products. Using cheap O rings will cause problems.

Glow plug timer-there is a power Relay to the timer and the timer itself is a type of Relay. You should hear clicking noise and lights should dim as timer provides power to the glow plugs.

Other things to check would be the Vacuum pump as Diesels work differently than gas engines and require a pump to supply Vacuum. Covering the intake suggests engine needs a Vacuum draw.

Weak fuel pump. Too weak to pressurize or draw fuel. Can be measured with pressure gauges.

Really bad rings could also cause symptoms.

Would be interested knowing what proved to be wrong.

Engine is drawing air from somewhere

Sometimes the simplest test works best. Have the engine running and use an old pump spray bottle filled with water. Spray around the seams of the engine, then vacuum lines and control solenoids. If no reaction, try spraying around the brake booster.

You may have a Vacuum operated water flow valve for that model, remove that vacuum line and plug for testing, and finally check your EGR valve diaphragm by applying Vacuum to the egr and see if has a torn diaphragm.

1988 Lincoln Mark VII, Bill Blass, My abs system has seemed to stop working, doesnt want to allow the breaks to stay pumped up... when car is running brakes are gone completely... ive replaced the rotors,...

I have not heard of an ABS causing these problems. Usually, a loss of pressure is a hole in a brakeline or a bad master cylinder.

The first brakelines to leak on my 1988 Bill Blass where those going under the engine. Check in the frame where the lines are routed from the ABS to the front brakes.

I use a Vacuum Handpump Bleeder. As long as there is fluid in the Master, you should eliminate the air. If you have a leak when you draw down each wheel you may hear a whistling, deflating ballonlike sound of the air draw. My handpump has a gauge which will show a pressure drop.

Or you can go the other direction and disconnect the ABS lines to the wheels. When you draw the vacuum from the closed Calipers, there should be little air in the lines. However, a hole in the line will continue to drop the draw from that particular wheel Caliper. This would prove you have an opening in the line.

Intermittently won't hold idle and stalls

The symptom you describe can be caused by either a bad or dirty EGR vavle or a broken / defective vacuum line.

Try this
1. disconnect and plug off the EGR vacuum supply line

2. Connect a vacuum hose of equal size to the EGR valve.

3. Start vehicle

4. draw a vacuum on the line orally.

a. the engine should die or run really bad.

5. Restart vehicle and repeat checking for same result.

6. If EGR valve is performing correctly as stated in steps 4 and 5 thern you most likely have a bad / cracked / damaged vacuum line somewhere.

7. Reconnect original vacuum line to the EGR Valve

8. Locate source of Vacuum leak.

Air in deisel lines on 4d56t is there an easy way to bleed them.

I am unfamiliar with Mitsubishi products but on Ford Diesels the "O" rings can leak and you lose the vacuum draw.
You can try 3 ways. Use suction on the line going to the fuel rails. Prime the fuel filter and reattach. Or use suction to get the feed line from the tank to fill the fuel filter.

If you can get the engine to start with priming the filter there should be enough momentum to draw the fuel from the tank.
