need to remove the door panel --it can be done annoying but still can get it off and check linkage or have a locksmith or auto service that do lockouts then remove panel
The problem is in the ignition switch where the key goes there is a sensor that senses key in ignition that breaks and grounds itself causing constant annoying beeping
these are the things that cause beeping ... trunk open, door open any one of your 4 doors not closed properly will cause the beeping, seatbelt chime, lights on or key in ignition when door is openbut check all your doors
PUT IN A NEW IGNITION SWITCH. THE KEY BUZZER IS INTERGRAL TO THE IGNITION SWITCH. IT ALARMS WHEN KEY IS LEFT IN THE CAR OR IF IT IS BROKEN IT ALARMS FOR ALL YOUR REASONS.
OK in the direction of the column of timon leads a box that is the

Good news. After letting the van sit for a few hours, when I went to get in it again, I opened the van with the key (ie. not the remote fob) and there was no beeping. I don't know if checking all the fuses (I fulled and checked each one), or disconnecting the battery, using the key, or just letting it sit did the trick, but it is now fixed.
