I have purchased a Hyundai 2009 Tucson in Aug, 2008 and I've recently realized that there's a joint part in the washer fluid reservoir and the fluid is leaking from there. The mechanic has told me that it is not my fault. Also, the radio is working just fine but the displayer is not working. (It doesn't display what radio station or volume I am on) Can you do something about these problems?

The fuse is in the engine compartment fuse box and is marked 'A/Con'. It looks like a Relay to me and as it doesn't have an amperage, my guess is that it is a relay. The different sites have slightly different variations, but the thing to check first is the relay. You mention 'heater coil', that is on the engine coolant circuit and only provides hot air. The AC compressor system has an 'evaporator' up in the dash and only supplies chilled air. I trust the AC job was done professionally with a Gas Recovery machine to create a moisture free vacuum before adding refrigerant gas. It can't be done at home. I wrote a Fixya Tip on it.
Please check the heater motor and also the thermostat. If those don't work, then this can also lead to your ac/heating system to malfunction as well.
Please use autozone to get a free diagnostic run on your car to get a list of errors. Then, they can tell you which errors are relevant to your ac/heating issue.
check the clutch system for air and bleed out. check fluid level in reservoir. Some cars need an operating clutch and in neutral before the circuit is complete to allow the engine to start. So you will need pressure in the clutch system (Foot on the clutch pedal) and the selector in neutral to start..
its on the right hand side behind the air filter box its an opaque bottle with a black screw top the fluid should be between min/max use DOT3 or 4 to top up
It should be mounted close to the brake master cylinder. It contains brake fluid as well. It should be the same color as the brake master cylinder with a black lid. If you can't find it still, follow the fluid hose from the clutch master cylinder to the reseviour.
The fuse for the washer fluid is in the fuse box under the hood on teh drivers side.... There should be a diagram that will show you what fuse exactly.
